Not worth the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this PET carpet cleaner. And even when I vaccum my carpets, this carpet cleaner causes chunks of pet hair to ball up and stay on my carpet it doesn't pick it up etc nothing. I've also noticed it had began leaking. I haven't even had this more then 3 months
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Audre. We recommend dry vacuuming thoroughly prior to deep cleaning your carpet as the machine will lift out deep down dirt, hair and debris from the carpet. Once dry, you can vacuum up any residual hair. If it's leaking, please reach out to us at support.bissell.com so we can help!

Had a previous version but this is so much easier to use and maintain. Five cats are a test for all my Bissell cleaning machines...this cleaner, the spot remover and my Bissell vacuum cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an older model bissell shampooer and it lasted 5 years and it did I good job....This new model is VeRY VERY well engineered for the price (many little things are better then the older model) and yes it is all plastic but it CLEANS VERY WELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Take a look at the picture, that is a 15 year old rug. and yes You have to clean your rugs like once a m nth if you want to keep them looking good, and this machine Cleans the rug good. I dont have a home full of wall-to-wall carpeting. What I have is a small home with a few wonderful area rugs, and 2 large dogs. That is what this is made for. I LOVE T. Thank you Bissell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a German Shepherd who I adore, but the shedding of hair and dirt from his huge paws, not so much. I have suffered with back injuries for years and the growling work of vacuuming twice a day along with mopping made me very unhappy. I began searching for ways to make my life easier and I found everything I needed In BISSELL crosswave, carpet cleaner and cleaning products. My house smells and looks great and I'm supporting dogs and cats everywhere. I'm now a happy mommy of a huge fur baby.

It got the white areas 95% clean after pre-treating a few spots, but it was really quite dirty to start with. Love that this is small and lightweight and easy to clean.
