Very Disappointed

I bought this item less than a year ago and have used it 3 times. The dirty water tank is large but has an extremely small collection area causing you to continually stop and empty it. The solution tank is too small and does not empty out completely. It does not have any alerts that solution is not spraying the carpet. I just did my small dining area and had to refill the solution 3 times and empty the dirty tank 4 times. That is excessive and counterproductive to getting the rug done. Because the dirty water tank is so high, I cannot see the water that is being suctioned up. I have to bend and look from the side to see the front of the shampooer - not the best position to be in for anyone. When I get done using it and remove the tanks, it leaks water all over the floor. Now I have to find another way to clean that up too. I expected better from Bissel.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As a result of that, I was having to shampoo the carpets multiple times a day. The carpet cleaner is great. Lightweight and easy to use. Thanks for making a great product.

The worst ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this carpet cleaner for a year now. I've been able to use it a total of five times. After four uses, I had to replace the belt. After the fifth use, I needed to replace the clean water reservoir. When it works, it works well but save your money and buy another brand that may last more than a hot minute.
