Very easy to use, lightweight and good for spot cleaning

I struggle to keep carpets clean in my home, so I was very excited to try this product. We rent and have WHITE carpets, on top of two toddlers and 2 cats who shed (and puke). I hate steam cleaning the carpets because it takes me so long and I highly dislike having to lug my heavy cleaner up and down stairs. This product helped to solve a lot of those issues. It worked very well on pet stains (puke) and general dirt stains from high traffic in my living room area. The cleaning formula worked well and left the carpet smelling fresh. It is marked on the reservoir as far as where to fill up to. It was super easy to use and it didn't leave the carpets soaked for hours beyond use. This cleaner is MUCH lighter and easier to carry around than my larger steam cleaner, so I was able to use on spots on my stairs as well as the second floor of my home. I don't think this product would work well for cleaning your entire home, but more for spot cleaning smaller areas/rooms. The tanks are small so you would have to change/clean them very often if you do a large area. I received this product from Stellar Product Testing Panel in exchange for my honest opinion.

A total breeze to put together. Pieces snap right in place. Everything is very clearly labeled (clean water tank, dirty water tank, etc). Shocked at how lightweight it is. Very easy to move from room to room. Love the pedal on the back to recline the cleaner, so easy. Don't start cleaning unless you have time to properly clean AND clean your machine afterward. Took me roughly 20 minutes to get used to using it - I'd highly recommend watching a video on how to use the carpet cleaner. The instructions that came with the cleaner really aren't very detailed. Slow and steady is the way to go! And you don't need to keep the lever pulled the entire time. INCREDIBLE cleaning power. I am shocked at just how filthy my carpet was!!! The dirty water reservoir is easy to empty. My entryway carpet looks brand new. Now onto cleaning after use... it was tough. Yes, everything comes off except for the clear plastic brush head cover. I was so disappointed. It even looks like water gets trapped underneath it which makes me wonder why they didn't make it removable? I removed the brush head and cleaned all inside because sand, hair and grit get clumped up and stuck in it. Washing out the dirty water tank and clean water tank were easy enough to do. Allow to air dry overnight before replacing onto the unit! All pieces snapped right back into place with no issues, once cleaned and dried. My favorite feature of the machine is probably how easy the dirty and clean water tanks are to fill / empty. Made using it very simple. I'm excited to tackle some more small-medium carpet cleaning projects in the near future! Overall very pleased with the machine and will continue to use and recommend to others!
