Impossible to find replacement belts locally

It's a mystery to me why the dirty water tank is so huge but will only fill about 1/5 of the way before you have to empty it or the cleaner stops working. Replacement belts are essentially only available online. I will never buy a Bissell again.

The TurboClean PowerBrush Pet Upright Carpet Deep Cleaner was incredible! I received this cleaner as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I am so thrilled to have been chosen to test it. The cleaner was super easy to push around! Probably the lightest weight of any carpet cleaner I've ever used. The suction was also amazing. I couldn't believe how much dirt was coming out of my carpet! Sometimes I get overwhelmed with chemical smells when I'm cleaning. The scent of the cleaner included in the box was lovely. Not too overpowering and it still gave a fresh scent to my carpets! The instructions were very clear on how to put together the cleaner and clean up was a cinch!! Smaller profile than most bulky cleaners which makes storing it easy!!
