Let me start by saying that this is a great product. For some background, I have been potty training my 2 year old daughter, and I have a 14-year-old German Shepherd dog. Both of these mammals have had some accidents in the last few months. Let me tell you that this machine can clean it all. Let me tell you, it can clean up pee, poop, and vomit. Our house has mainly tile. The bedrooms have carpet and we have a large area rug. This product worked great on the area rug which has a shorter pile than our bedroom carpet, which has a taller pile. It is very easy to use, you put water in the tank with a little bit of the Bissell cleaning solution, you run it over the carpet while squeezing the trigger a few times and then it sucks up the mess in the water and deposit it in the dirty tank. It's easy to remove the bigger tank when you have to clean the dirty water out. I like it it has two tanks, a clean thing and a dirty tank. I like the smell of the Bissell solution. I felt like my carpet was cleaner than when I started. I have only used it to Spot clean the areas that I needed. But I would definitely recommend this product if you have dogs or kids and they make messes. It was very easy to use and clean out when needed. I was so excited when I received this product from the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Let me tell you, this one rocks. It's super easy to use and CLEAN. I can do three rooms in about an hour and with three kids and two dogs, it makes a huge difference. Worth the money. #sweepstakes

I used this deep cleaner on my runner that is walked on multiple times a day as we walk in and out of our home. It was amazing how dirty my runner was. The cleaner made my runner look brand new after using it. It is really easy to use and move around my house.
