Both my dogs are getting to be older, so I buckled down, gave in and decided to buy a cleaner and vaccuum to clean all my carpets because I had enough of getting down on my knees with a scrub brush and spot cleaning that way. My carpet is a beautiful wool carpet and the product worked very well. So I treated myself for my birthday. Should of bought this a long time ago with the dogs were puppies.

Upper Supply tank with spring screw cap don't hold into snap

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tank snaps in but keeps coming out and water flow stops. Have to push back down. Think tank is defective along with cap. Only holds tank in by little plastic piece that snaps under screw cap . Would like replacement tank with cap.
