[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lightweight and easy to manage. I have area rugs and couldn't believe the dirty water that came out of what looked like a clean rug. Suction of water out of rug was great. Only one day for wool rugs to dry completely. Water reservoir a little small but easy to refill and makes it not so heavy. Would highly recommend for area rugs or small rooms with carpet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been the worst product I've purchased from Bissell. It drains the water too quickly, leaves the carpet wet (not damp), it didn't even get my carpet clean, and it was a chore taking it apart to clean under the brush roll area. I'm not sure if mine is defective or not because others rave about this product, but I was less than impressed. I will be returning this and saving up for a better carpet cleaner.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ripped 2 holes in my carpet

I really wanted to love this product. I did 3 passes on a test section of my carpet, I was amazed at how much dirt came up. Especially because I just had my carpets professionally cleaned 3 months ago and I don't wear shoes in my apartment. It was off to a very promising start, until I noticed some build up left behind from under the machine. Immediately, I shut it down to investigate. It literally ripped not one, but TWO holes in my carpet!!!! I'm beyond disappointed in this product.

Oh no, Brittiany! This is unusual, but there is no height adjustment setting and the brush roll constantly rotates, so if it was sitting in one position for a length of time, the brushes could pulled loose carpet threads. In addition, if the carpet is newer, the fibers may be left over from when the carpet was cut at the factory. In any case, we'd love to help with your TurboClean. Please call us at 1-800-237-7691.
