Pet stains and over all general carpet cleaning. Poor design, saloution tank is way too small, one tank won't even clean a 12x12 room. power button is located at the bottom of back side, very inconvienent. does not extract water well. disapointed. would not reconmend.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine works great. What I really dislike is not being able to see the suction window while I am using the machine. I am 5'3" and monitoring the window is something I need to do when cleaning a liquid spill.

I love this shampooer. It gets the job done. Afterwards it is easy to clean the machine for storage until next use. I especially love two separate containers for clean and dirty water. I like the fact that the dirty water tank is shaped so that you don't have corners or areas that dirt can get stuck in and the dirty water tank comes apart so you can rinse it out without leaving anything inside. I am so happy I bought this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this machine is lightweight and easy to use. I read many other reviews and I agree with a few things - it does leave clumps of carpet/hair, that is because of the brushing action and suction, stop midway and pick it up. At times, it does leave streaks of soap - I just go over it again with just hot water to make sure all soap is out. It could have a stronger suction, but it has good suction. For me it is perfect, especially for the price. It did a great job on my carpets and my carpets are old. I did go over the areas multiple times which did cause it to take 24 hours to dry. There is no perfect product. I would still recommend this product.
