Leaves soapy water streaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The soapy water is thrown up under the machine by the roller bar. It does not suck it up. When I push the machine forward I have soapy water streaks and spots. Have to constantly dry the bottom of the machine. Horrible product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Being 80 years old I found the best carpet cleaner ever also bought a spot cleaner for my sofa. The spot cleaner was borrowed by my daughter and never returned. She did replace after I begged. I used to hire sofa cleaned ($250.00) and carpet for two bedrooms ($300.00) and I was always very disappointed in the results. Now I do the carpets and sofa myself and it so much better. Thank you Bissell for excellent products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first use of model 2987 was impressive. Second use, will not spray. I did all of the recommended solutions to no avail. Instructed to order new parts. Hand sprayed, then used machine to scrub and extract. Takes more time, but it worked!

No i would find one that had on off switch higher up
