This steam cleaner is pretty amazing. There's a lot of power behind it even though its smaller. It works wonderful on stairs and area rugs as well as larger carpeted places. I steam cleaned my living room with this and it made my carpets look brand new! This steam cleaner was easy to maneuver around the house. Since it is smaller it stores really well too! I like the fact that it's more compact but at the same time since it is a smaller machine it requires a lot more emptying and refilling it BUT if you're doing smaller areas and not a living room then it's amazing! You dont waste product and only have to fill it as much as you want to. Thank to the Stellar Product Testing Panel I was able to receive this product to test.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is junk. I used it 4 times and it doesn't spray out water anymore. Yes I cleaned it super good after using, took it apart, checked everything. I followed direction on filling it properly. Totally disposable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Another with a belt issue!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans great when it works! But..... The belt keeps rubbing against the side of the machine. It's melting the plastic and smells hot and you can tell it's close to breaking the belt. I've had this machine for under a year. I've cleaned two rooms. Now I can barely make it through 1/4 a room before the belt moves and stops.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Said area was stained from food droppings and beverage spills, this carpet cleaner did an excellent job of cleaning this area, getting rid of all the spills and stains.
