I love this product. I have paid a professional, rented machines and believe it or not my Bissell works better than all of them. It is so lightweight. I have a bad back and I can do my whole house without any pain. It's so easy to use and works great! I am extremely happy with it. If my puppy has an accident I can easily use it, 1,2,3 to clean the mess. It was the best money I ever spent!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my 2 area rugs that are both about 5x8. I have a dog but she's house trained so it's mostly for my 5 and 1 year olds messes. It has worked well for me the past few months. It does spit clumps of hair and dirt out but it wasn't anything that was too bothersome for me I just picked them up. But now about 5 months in, the suction plate keeps popping off mid-run and stops suctioning completely. I clean it regularly after every use. I've followed the cleaning instructions and even took it apart to clean it piece by piece and it worked for about 7 minutes then quit again. Not sure why it keeps popping off and losing suction but I'm too broke to afford another one so looks like duct tape will be my friend on this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great lightweight little carpet cleaner!

I love this little carpet cleaner! We have a wild toddler, a dog, and cream colored carpets and this little baby handles messes like a champ! It's so easy to use, just a few swipes over your carpets and messes disappear! So far it was able to get magic marker, macaroni and cheese, and a puppy accident out. I think the part I love most is that neither tank is too big because I can actually lift them myself. The machine itself is on the smaller side and it's easy to maneuver around and doesn't take up too much space when put away. I think it's a great machine! Thanks to the Wee Spring Parent Panel for sending me this produce to test!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed to replace my older Hoover steam cleaner, thought I'd try this for $90 and am very impressed. I just used the Hoover cleaner in April but this picked up so much stuff I didn't realize was in the carpet. The wad of cat hair from the livingroom was the size of my hand! I just did a dry vacuum two days ago. I almost want to run it again after the floor is dry to see what else is in there.
