[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First it's very very loud and leaves clumps of wet hair all over even when I vacuum it beforehand the suction isn't very good and I've had to replace the belt twice in 1 years definitely would not recommend very very disappointed

Hi Ashley. Deep cleaning lifts out deep down dirt, hair and debris from your carpet, which is why you have clumps of hair. Once the floor is dry you can vacuum to remove this. Sorry to hear about the belt, but please reach out anytime if we can assist at support.bissell.com.

Great hard-working machine

This is my first purchase of a carpet cleaning machine. I picked it from the reviews I'd read, it was lightweight and easy to use. We have 2 cats and the fur is everywhere and on occasion other messes. This is so easy to use and maneuver. My house smelled amazing after using it and it didn't take that long to do a couple of rooms. Even after prepping the floor beforehand there was so much more dirt and hair this machine got out. I also used it on our stairs. I was able to make it work but it was difficult, this is meant to be used on just flat carpeted areas. I wish I could use it on upholstery but didn't want to pay as much for that feature. I had to get used to how much product to spray and it took longer than expected to dry. But the next time I used it, it seemed to dry quickly, so I think I'm getting the hang of it more and being sure to suction well after spraying product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With 2 dogs and 3 boys, this lightweight cleaner packs a powerful punch when it comes to cleaning our carpets. I would buy this again and again. Only con - the dirty tank is huge but only holds a very small amount.

I rated it 4 stars because the clean water and solution tank depletes quickly and having to refill constantly for large space, but other than that great product!!!

Have always bought Bissell, it was easy to get the carpet cleaner, have small rugs on wood floors and two Australian cattle dogs, it's a snap to keep them clean. Lite weight to push, easy to clean out, small to store. Love it

I emptied the dirty water canister 5 times for one room!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It did a great job of cleaning my bedroom carpet, but it was utterly annoying to be constantly emptying the dirty water canister. It is a really big canister but the float pops up less than 1/3 of the canister with dirty water. I wish I could have given it 5 stars.

This carpet cleaning machine is wonderful! I was excited to get it, not only to use at my own house, but also to go over and clean my mom's carpet. With so many little grandchildren in and out, a cream carpet is not the thing for her home. This TurboClean worked wonders on her carpet! While it didn't get 100% of the stains out, it did a very good job of getting most stains out and making the carpet look a lot lighter and cleaner. I also ran it on my own carpet, and it was amazing how much dirt it picked up! I did notice that it will spit out "hairballs" when you are going over a carpet, so either run a vacuum over the area before or after using it. Otherwise, this works wonders! Perfect for cleaning up messes on the carpet! I received this product from Stellar Reviews. This is my honest review.
