This is a great carpet cleaner for small spaces. I've only used it on a 5'x7' area rug and it took 3 water tank changes. My rug looked almost new and it's in a high traffic area so it was pretty bad! The cleaner was super easy to put together and figure out how to use. It glided easily over my rug and was pretty easy to maneuver. I've never used a carpet cleaner before, but I thought this worked well and effectively cleaned. This will be great to pull out if my dogs or kids make messes on any of our rugs. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gonna be honest. I have severe PTSD, panic disorder, ADHD, Autism and depression. I struggle when all of those act up all at once. I have 1 dog and 2 cats. my service dog passed away in August of old age, and depression completely overtook my house. I did dishes and took out trash but neglected my floors. this product (after vacuuming) cleaned every single floor in my home. it took both bottles it came with and 4 extra tanks from the big thing of cleaner I bought, but it got done!! I cleaned until the floors ran clear and nothing else came up. it took about both bottles for my room and hallway, then 4 tanks for the living room (small house), but it's all done. I highly recommend this product!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First it's very very loud and leaves clumps of wet hair all over even when I vacuum it beforehand the suction isn't very good and I've had to replace the belt twice in 1 years definitely would not recommend very very disappointed

Hi Ashley. Deep cleaning lifts out deep down dirt, hair and debris from your carpet, which is why you have clumps of hair. Once the floor is dry you can vacuum to remove this. Sorry to hear about the belt, but please reach out anytime if we can assist at support.bissell.com.

Great hard-working machine

This is my first purchase of a carpet cleaning machine. I picked it from the reviews I'd read, it was lightweight and easy to use. We have 2 cats and the fur is everywhere and on occasion other messes. This is so easy to use and maneuver. My house smelled amazing after using it and it didn't take that long to do a couple of rooms. Even after prepping the floor beforehand there was so much more dirt and hair this machine got out. I also used it on our stairs. I was able to make it work but it was difficult, this is meant to be used on just flat carpeted areas. I wish I could use it on upholstery but didn't want to pay as much for that feature. I had to get used to how much product to spray and it took longer than expected to dry. But the next time I used it, it seemed to dry quickly, so I think I'm getting the hang of it more and being sure to suction well after spraying product.
