I'll start off by saying I received the cleaner through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I was happy to get this wet vacuum because I have a young child and some of the carpet stains are not only in high-traffic areas. I've found a jam stain under the bed! First off, I really liked that this is small enough to fit in the back of my small, apartment closet. I was worried that I'd have no place to put it, but it's just as small and lightweight as my vacuum. But this means that the the tanks are smaller than hoped. I had to empty the dirty water tank more than once to remove all of the water in the carpet. That said, the suction is great and I could really see the amount of dirt come up from the high-traffic areas near the kitchen and the front door. My only other complaint is there are no attachments. So getting that jam stain under the edge of the bed required moving furniture around. But after pre-treating, it did come out of the carpet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are multiple pet owners, so have dealt with a lot of messes over the years. Our preference is for solid surface flooring with area rugs. This machine is perfect for our needs and did a great job on a couple of difficult spots. Its small size makes storing it a breeze. I wouldn't hesitate to use it on larger carpeted floors. Be aware that the smaller size means larger areas will take longer, but it beats having to get a rental.
