I was given this carpet cleaner to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I didn't really have super set in stains but I did tell a difference in my carpets after. I also cleaned one of my rugs that had a smell I could not get out and the turboclean upright pet cleaner was able to get it out! I also liked how light weight it is and how I well I could maneuver it. The only thing I didn't love was how loud it was! I've rented other carpet cleaners but this is definitely the loudest one I've used!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There was an area of the rug where the dog lay all the time and it smelled like a dog. After cleaning, the rug smells fresh again and the little machine cleaned it well. The rug was wet for a long time though. Maybe I should have gone over it without the trigger depressed more than the 2 times in the directions. Overall, I think it's a great machine.

As a life long cat person, I've had several rug cleaners, but this definitely the best machine I've ever had. It is simple to use, is lightweight enough for me to maneuver, does a great cleaning job, is easy to clean after use, and makes an unpleasant task actually fun! I commend the designer of this great little machine. Our vacuum cleaner is always a Bissell. With many thanks from a very satisfied customer.
