[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A lot of thought has gone into this updated design: it is easier to assemble, it is easier to clean, it is lighter in weight, and the clever design makes it less expensive to make and therefore cheaper to buy. Note when deep cleaning a carpet that the water and cleaning solution goes down deep. The suction gets a lot of it up on the first pass but a second or third pass will get it drier but it will still be damp. Ideally leave the carpet at least overnight with good ventilation to get it dry.

I am a senior and really appreciate the light weight (13 lbs.). Never thought I would find a cleaner that does this good a job that I was able to handle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had pretty low expectations as I was replacing my BISSELL ProHeat 2X® Revolution® Pet Pro with the lower model. Since my previous model cost more in replacement parts and finally caught fire after 18 months of use I didn't expect this to be good quality but I had a bunch of solution left and only need this to function for a month or so before I move. I'm a small frame person with arthritis so with all these models with bulky triangle shaped handles I can grip it about 10 minutes at a time. Biggest problem with this model is the placement of the dirty water tank completely obstructing view of the area being cleaned. You can't see what you are doing at all. This is my third model in 6 years. I'm using mine daily and I'm sure they are not meant to be used as often as my needs but this the worst one yet. Clearly non of these machines are tested by humans?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was given this carpet cleaner to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I didn't really have super set in stains but I did tell a difference in my carpets after. I also cleaned one of my rugs that had a smell I could not get out and the turboclean upright pet cleaner was able to get it out! I also liked how light weight it is and how I well I could maneuver it. The only thing I didn't love was how loud it was! I've rented other carpet cleaners but this is definitely the loudest one I've used!
