The tanks are easy to use and easy to empty the dirty water tank. I cleaned two bedrooms already and they are much cleaner now. This is just what I needed! I highly recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to love this carpet cleaner. It is small and lightweight. I bought it because my elderly dog is having accidents. I've had it less than 2 years and I've had to replace to belt and the plastic piece around it. This is my 3 rd time replacing it. I start smelling burning plastic. The belt is fine but splits due to it hitting sharp plastic pieces. I'm not sure if this is a flaw of my machine or a flaw in the design. However, it's bad enough that I'm shopping for a new carpet cleaner. Or I have to have a belt and an extra plastic piece on hand at all times.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
