[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this carpet cleaner the first couple times I used it but the dirty water tank bloated slightly for some reason and now it doesn't match up to the seal correctly so it not only does it barley have suction but what little it does pick up pours out of the bottom right back into the carpet
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this Bissell lightweight carpet cleaner

This carpet cleaner was easy to assemble, and the instructions were easy to follow as well. I have used it on our area rugs and also on our spare bedroom carpet. Everything looks clean and the recommended Bissell carpet cleaner that I purchased has such a clean pleasant smell.as well This lightweight machine is easy to maneuver and it has great suction which helped the carpets dry in a short amount of time . As we are a dog family, I know we will get a lot of use out of this machine. Once again, I am a very satisfied Bissell customer. Thank You!

When I received this product through Stellar Product Testing Panel, I was surprised at how light weight it was. I had no problem assembling the machine with the included instructions. The power button seems a little oddly placed, very low on the handle (nearly at the floor) Filling the tank with water and cleaning fluid was simple due to the lines marked on the tank. I cleaned the high traffic entry way and was very pleased with results. I can highly recommend the TurboClean PowerBrush Pet Upright Carpet Deep cleaner for small areas and spot cleaning, it does a wonderful job. Because the tank size is not very large, it would take more refills than I would like to for bigger spaces, but I am confident that it would still do a great job.

Decent cleaner for higher pile carpets

I tested out the TurboClean PowerBrush Pet Upright Carpet Deep Cleaner on a low pile carpet, a low pile hall runner, and a medium pile area rug. I got the best results on the area rug; it was amazing how much dirt was pulled up! The cleaner came with easy instructions and a sample bottle of detergent, and is lightweight to move around the house. I was disappointed to find puddles of dirty water leaking during use. It was an easy fix - just tightening the seal inside and listed on The troubleshooting guide - but I didn't expect to troubleshoot before I used the product. It has trouble near the edges of rugs and with thinner material, but if you have a dense carpet or area rug this is the perfect cleaner for you. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for the opportunity to try out this carpet cleaner from Bissell!
