[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is absolute junk. I've had it maybe 6 months and have had to replace the belt three time. I had a Hoover for 10+ years before it died and never had to replace a single thing. The only reason I decided to try this was because I live in a small town and there's not a lot of options unless you order off line. Back to Hoover it is.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pet mess clean-up is great. Ground in dirt in carpet and muddy tracks clean-up is excellent. Very easy to extract cleaning fluid and purge the extraction water tank. Mixing cleaner and water in cleaner tank is very easy. All parts remove easily for cleaning. Just wish the removal of the brush for cleaning didn't involve removing and replacing screws... easy to do, but I'm worried that doing so over time will eventually "worm-out" or wear out the screw holes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we have his machine and the larger one. not even a year old. this doesn't squirt the cleaner out and our larger one pours the cleaner out without even pulling the trigger. biggest waste of money. they are useless!!!!!
