I used it on my living room rug which I’d previously had professionally cleaned and was happy with the results! Recommend this for families with kids / dogs who are looking for a deep cleaning option at home!

Cleans well and amazing smell but could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell Revolution HydroSteam cleans pet hair, messes, and kid stains incredibly well. It’s easy to use and looks sleek. The HydroSteam Technology worked wonders on tough messes like pet stains and dried-on spills, lifting them with minimal effort. I also loved the built-in Pretreater—it made dealing with set-in stains much easier. The 2-in-1 self-cleaning tool was great for above-floor areas like stairs and couches, and cleanup afterward was a breeze. Two of my favorite features: the cleaning solution leaves the room smelling absolutely amazing, and everything comes apart to be easily cleaned. The tool that’s included to clean out the nozzle and brush roll is a great addition. This product cleans thinner-pile rugs and carpets better than shag area rugs. I didn’t like how it left water around the perimeter of my area rug on the hardwood floor. It also made my thin-pile area rug curl up around the edges. I recommend vacuuming at night before bed so all the carpets and couches can dry overnight. The worst thing about this product is that it left clumps of pet hair at the end of each section I was steaming. Lastly, the cord is too short, in my opinion.

Say goodbye to those tough stains and pet odors

A key advantage of the HydroSteam Technology is its effectiveness: This innovative feature heats water to produce steam, enhancing the cleaning process by breaking down tough messes more effectively than traditional methods. I have found this particularly useful in removing stubborn stains from babies and pets on our couch, carpet, and upholstery. And when that is tag-teamed with the Pretreater, there's not a stain or odor that I've found that has stood a chance! The quick dry mode has also been a game changer for our family — it makes areas that have just been cleaned ready for use much quicker than I ever could have expected!
Due to its impressive performance, I would readily use this product any chance I get. It optimizes my time cleaning and scrubbing sticky messes as a busy stay-at-home mom — which I say is definitely a win!

Just what we needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In a house filled with a five year old, newborn and family dog -- I was feeling like my carpets, rugs and upholstery was feeling run down and old. Too many chocolate stains blotted, dirt tracked, etc. Well, when cleaning them for the first time with this, I cannot BELIEVE how much it picked up. No wonder they were looking dull and old!!! I will be making this part of my seasonal cleaning and feel so much better. Everything is looking brighter and I know I'm keeping my house healthier for my family.

Bissell Revolution HydroSteam Cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell Revolution HydroSteam Upright and Upholstery Cleaner is absolutely amazing machine. It is easy to assemble and to get started. It is a little bulky but you have a closet or a storage room it will fit nicely. The machine is very easy to manipulate and use. I was able to pretreat and steam clean my furniture, my carpets, and my animal beds. I highly recommend this machine to all. I have cats and a dog and we all know about messes they make. I used the HydroSteam to clean up cat and dog hair from their beds, also sticky messes from our cat and muddy footprints from our dog. Not only did it clean the mess you can’t even tell where the marks were on the areas. I used the attachment , which again was easy to put into the machine and easy to use, I used it on my area rugs, animal bedding and my living room furniture.Wow I was so impressed not only how clean they all look but also how quick it dries and my furniture and home smell like I had someone come in and do it professionally. The furniture took a little longer to dry because I pretreated spots where our dog lays and it looks brand new.
Again, I highly recommend the Bissell Revolution HydroSteam and I give it 5 stars!

Small but mighty and packs a punch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got my hands on the Bissell Revolution HydroSteam, and it's been an absolute game-changer for cleaning and tackling stains—whether they're fresh or old. The HydroSteam technology really works wonders; I was amazed when it completely lifted a red wine stain from my carpet with just a couple of passes. Another time, I used it to clean up after my dog had an accident on a white rug, and it not only removed the stain but also got rid of any lingering odors. It's easy to use, powerful, and leaves everything looking fresh and spotless. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a reliable and effective carpet cleaner!

This is a keeper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So im a bit of a vacuum nerd. I do way too much research before I buy one and I get excited when I get a new one. This one absolutely did not disappoint. It is not a small machine but it is worth the space it takes up.
My favorite feature by far is the Hydrosteam tech and I had the perfect opportunity to use it recently. I make spring rolls and when I do I make my own spring roll sauce with Thai sweet chili, pears and chili sauce in it. After I made this sauce I went upstairs to get some stuff done before dinner and I forgot to put the lid on tightly. We'll unfortunately I also have a curious cat who decided it would be so fun to push the container off the counter. By the time I came down the mess was in the carpet pretty well. I cleaned it up as best I could with some cloths before I got down to the business of breaking out the cleaner. I first pretreated the mess using the pretreat feature since the sauce is obviously a pinkish red and I didnt want it to stay in the rug in any capacity. After that came thay wonderful HydroSteam technology. It lifted the sauce out of the rug so we'll that I think the rug looked even nicer after the spill was cleaned.
I also really like the color schemed thay Bissel is going with lately. They are very complimentary and the tools provided with the cleaner are actually really easy and efficient to use especially when doing light cleaning on my amber yellow couch. That couch is just light enough that it picks up stains fairly easily and this machine has already come in handy a couple of times for just that reason.
If I was asked for a recommendation for a solid home use carpet cleaner, this would be the one id recommend.

Love our steamer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had an amazing experience with this product! We love watching it suck up all the dirt from our carpets. It is incredibly easy to use! We have never owned a product like this before and we are so happy to have clean carpets! We have mostly used this for large areas to clean the rugs and we have a great experience with it! If we see there is a lot of dirt we will go back over the area until we see less dirt being sucked up! The pre-treater worked really well for some tough stains we had on our carpets. We have only used it on carpets but we can’t wait to see it on our couch! Overall we are very happy with this product, just wish it was a little smaller for storage purposes!
