I have cats and it socks up cat litter easily with nothing left. Sometimes that can be tricky to get up. I am so happy with this. Don't pass it up, it may be your best new purchase too. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used to always buy a Eureka but the last one I bought had very little suction and wouldn't pickup dog hair, so I tried a Bissell. Worked great and is very light weight. It has the suction to get the job done! I am soon ordering my 2nd Bissell.

SHE SIA IT PICKED UP SO MUCH DOG HAIR, SHE COULD HAVE BUILT ANOTHER DOG. MY FRIEND IS NOT STRONG SO SHE APPRECIATES THE LIGHTWEIGHT VACUUM AS SHE IS ABLE TO EASILY PUSH IT AROUND WITH MINIMAL EFFORT. I PURCHASED THE SAME VACUUM FOR MYSELF AS I AM DISABLED FROM A STROKE AND HAVE PETS TO CLEAN UP AFTER AND IT WORKS GREAT, EASY TO EMPTY AND CLEAN. IN FACT, ALL OF THE VACUUMS I PURCHASED IN THE LAST DECADE HAVE BEEN BISSEL AS THEY CLEAN UP PET MESSES EASILY AND I WOULD NOT EVER PURCHAS ANOTHER VACUUM BRAND.

Great except 1 major flaw

I have elbow issues and this is lightweight but still does a great job on carpet and flooring (without dirt kickback). The attachments(especislly the pet brush) are nice, except for how you use the wand. It's the only vacuum where I've had to piece it together to use it. So if you forget to reattach the hose, the dust just flys back out. It is annoying to have to keep attaching the hose back together every time you want to use a quick swipe of the wand. I hope the company figures another design technique so it works like most other vacuums. The cord storage is low as well,so after you have been bending to constantly attach the hose to finish your pulling on your back to wrap the cord. If I had known about the constant reattaching of the hose I wouldn't have purchased it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great compact vacuum, full size power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got to try Bissell Cleanview compact Turbo Upright Vaccum. I absolutely love this Vaccum. It is super lightweight, but has the suction and power of a full sized Vaccum. I can lift it with one finger. The control, and maneuverability is awesome. I love that the handle detaches and can be attached to the hose to make from easy dusting of blinds, air vents, above the doors, and corners. The pet hair attachment for the couch is amazing, and even opens up for easy cleaning. The cleaning bar on the Vaccum can also be removed for cleaning, so if like me you get the rope from dog toys stuck in it, you don't have to go at it with scissors. I love that it is bagless. I would highly recommend this Vaccum. The only downside is if you live in a big house, then you would have to empty it several times as it is a small canister, but your back will thank you as it is super lightweight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an all around great vacuum to have especially if you live in an apartment. It's pretty light weight and easy to control. We don't have any pets in our household so we have not had any issues with pet hair. It does great on the rugs at our house too. I do wish that it was wireless.
