So Disappointed with Instal but works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a worn out Bosch I loved with this Bosh - It cleans my dishes well. My problem was installation! I had to buy a part to direct wire it in - the way it is usally done. I had to buy a special hose to connect it. There is no room in back for a drain. The front connections for water and electric are now in the back but no channel down the middle underneath like my old one. Good if your sink is next to it but terrible if it has a drawer and a lazy Susan in between. My half hour install lasted days while I got the parts and I still have it protruding an inch.

Dishwasher

Dishes are clean but the drying process is not as good as the BOSCH I replaced. I have to use "extra dry" AND "sterilize" plus make sure I open the door as soon as the cycle is done to have any chance of dry dishes.

Cleans well, quiet

Purchased a month ago. So far cleans very well and is very quiet. Dries pretty well except for things like food storage containers with a lip that golds water. Took awhile to figure out app but there is a help line that was easy to get an actual person who helped right away. Highly recommend.

Mixed results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did quite a bit of research before buying a Bosch 300 series dishwasher from Costco. The first thing to know is there are multiple models within a "series" but they are hard to identify and compare. So, I thought I was getting a model with adjustable rack prongs, but that wasn't the case. So, I have found the fixed racks difficult to get used to and I am able to load fewer dishes into this machine than my old KitchenAid. You can make more space by removing the silverware basket and using the top tray but my flatware's handles are too thick to stay in the (slightly) flexible slots so that doesn't work well for me. On the positive side, it's a good looking machine and gets the dishes clean on the "Normal" cycle and I have not found it necessary to use a finishing rinse product. But, even on the Extra Dry cycle, the dishes are pretty wet when done. I have wondered if the 500 series would have been better, but this 300 wasn't cheap so I am disappointed in its performance for the price range.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Outstanding Value, Performance and Versatility

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new series 300 dishwasher offers so many features usually reserved for much higher priced dishwashers. It has several programs; the short wash is perfect for just a few items, and the longer washes really do a great job on large loads! The third rack gives you the option of using to for silverware, leaving more room on the bottom rack for larger items. All this and it's very quite when running. All in all, a fantastic value.

So quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am impressed with how quiet this model is. I have 3 sisters who also own a Bosch. The door is a little touchy if you are standing at the counter and tends to lock but it happens. I will learn not to stand at counter and lean into it. I like the controls on the front instead of at the top. I am still learning about it and soon will be able to push buttons from memory. It's beautiful inside and out.
