Bottom rack engineered poorly

The bottom rack is engineered poorly. Wife is constantly telling me how i picked the worst dishwasher because the gaps in the bottom are to large. Bowls fall through and their is always water in the bowls and the cups on the top rack always have to be dried before you are able to put them away.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly I'm very disapointed with this dishwasher, I've never had a dishwasher where I had to hand dry the dishes before putting them away. It also doesn't do a good job of cleaning the dishes. Im wishing I would have just repaired my old dishwasher instead of getting a new one.

Disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the dishwasher based on Bosch's reputation. However I was disappointed in the washer's layout and performance. The dishes are not as clean as I would have hoped and the machine makes more noise than my more recent dishwashers.

So awkward to operate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Bosch dishwasher and I hate it.
The part where it washes dishes is great. I have no problem with that, stuff comes out clean and dryer than my old one.
My problem is with the controls.
So much of it has been put into the phone app, it makes it difficult and unreliable to operate.
What I want to do is delay the start until 1am.
I cannot do that from the front panel.
Instead I have to work it from the application on my phone.
About 1 out of 4 times it doesn't work. It says it is set to run, and even shows a countdown, but when I get up in the morning it hasn't run, and the app will not tell me why.
I can't wait for it to fail so I can get something more intuitive.
