Bought as a replacement for my 10 year old's 2024 (same model), which went for an unintended swim; it's better than the old one in all metrics and is way more than enough to handle all the kid apps thrown at at......

I owned a Moto 5G Style. This Moto g power is quite a bit slower. Comes with pre installed communist software. Also has a lot of bloatware...

I love this phone. I've had it for almost a year now and honestly my only complaint, and it's bad enough I may not come back, is about the pop ups. In no world should I have to either exit or turn off 2 to 4 things Everytime I start my phone. If you uninstall glance, it'll come back. And now there's a news round up that pops down from the top so if I'm tryna to reply or use my phone for phone things I have to stop and you cannot find it to uninstall it. You can put it on sleep for the day or 8 hours. In a world where adds have adds I'm honestly getting tired of being forced to do numerous other things when trying to use my phone. Ik I'm only one person but I've had motos since the days of the 2 tone flip phone that was about as strong as that Nokia we all made memes about, but I won't own a single new one if this doesn't stop. Other wise for the price point and what you get from the phone after you learn how to use it, i.e. turbo mode for games, I feel it's a great product, minus the bloatware.

I`ve had my Moto G Power for a while now and even though I`m going form a Moto Stylus to the Power there are still some things that are taking some getting used to. The power, being Android 15, has a few new things I am adapting to slowly. Nothing major, just when I`m doing something I run into a different way to get it done on the new phone ,maybe quicker ,but still adapting makes it slower until I am confident with it.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Moto G Power! We're glad to hear that your transition from the Moto G Stylus has been a positive one overall. Moving to a newer device and a newer Android version can take a little time, so it's completely understandable that you're still getting used to some of the changes and new ways of doing things.
It's great to know that the adjustments have been minor and that you're gradually becoming more comfortable with the new features and navigation. Often, those new workflows can end up being more convenient once you've had some time to explore them and make them part of your routine.
