Great enjoy experience for a less interest in social media. Great for the media platforms such as Netflix. I'm a legitimate phone owner

Great phone over all but the battery life is trash and I mean it's actually pretty bad you will definitely have to charge your phone back up by 4om if your day starts at 8am but other than that heart camera cool features color is sick and it's a good price

Hi Shaggy134, Thank you for sharing your experience with the Moto G Power 2025. We're glad to hear you're enjoying the camera, features, design, and overall value of the device. I've owned several moto phones and purchased a moto G 5G 2025 to replace my Nokia G50. I love the phone,, like I have all my Moto's, but the battery on this phone must be defective. I can start at 90% at 7am; and by 3pm, with only moderate use, it's down to 10%. That is not acceptable for a 4 month old phone....

I have a few questions and feedback regarding my Motorola phone. Please answer step by step and clearly, because your response can also help many other Motorola users and customers.
1. My first question is: Android 15 is currently available, so when will Android 16 be released for our devices?
2. Call recording works properly, but after recording a call, where can we listen to those recordings again? I have been searching for almost one month in settings and on the internet, but I still cannot find the recordings. Please explain where the call recordings are stored and why they do not appear in the File Manager.
3. Why is there no direct File Manager app easily available? I have to go into Settings and search for “Files” every time to open it. This process feels too long and inconvenient. Please improve this through an update and fix these issues.
4. I keep receiving small Google updates of only a few MBs, but Android system updates are not coming. Even many low-priced phones in the market are already getting Android 16 updates. Please explain this properly step by step.
Please provide a helpful and detailed response so that all Motorola users can understand these things easily.
Thank you.

Got the phone for free when I bought service through Straight Talk. There was no 30w charger with the phone, only the cord and I had to buy a block that takes the type C cord. The battery is awful and getting worse. Alarms are randomly silenced or just do not go off. The volume in general is terrible, it's always way too loud . I never get notifications when I receive a message now. Also games will be randomly downloaded even with the game hub disabled. It's also very slow now and takes up to an hour to receive text messages or RCS chats now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice phone, good camera, great battery, water resistant. Glad I bought it. Tremendous value, received a free Moto Fit watch with the phone. Total win.

Replaced my broken 2024. As far as this phone. A lot of bloatware. No drama but I hate bloatware, if I were to reconsider the purchase, I'd have chosen differently. That being said, it is a very usable phone tho. I can't tell you about features as I disabled as much Google as I can.

Thank you for reaching out, and we’re sorry to hear about your experience with preloaded apps. We understand that having apps you don’t use can affect your overall experience. To help improve this, you can manage or reduce unwanted apps by going to Settings > Apps, then selecting the app and choosing Disable or Uninstall where available. You can also review permissions and background activity to limit their impact on performance and battery. We appreciate your honest feedback, and we are glad to hear the phone is still usable for your needs. Your comments will be shared with the appropriate team for consideration in future improvements.
