Easy to use but only comes with one key

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nifty door lock. It comes with one key, batteries, instruction manual and all other hardware components needed for installation. Very easy to set up and get onto my Alexa echo dot. It’s easy to put in and change out batteries although it does come with a key, if the batteries end up dying. I think it could be better with extra keys, as only one key isn’t very useful, especially if you are married and have children.

Smart Lock That Truly Delivers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used this brand before and continue to be impressed. This smart lock is reliable, easy to install, and has a sleek modern design. I love the multiple ways to unlock, plus the convenience of managing everything right from my phone with the app. Being able to create different codes for each person in the household is a huge bonus. It does require batteries (included), but they last a fairly long time and are easy to replace.

Nice looking product

Setup instructions were so great, very impressed with the included guides but especially the step by step videos you can access with the QR code. It did take me a few min to find the matter code.. spoiler alert.. move the cover from over the locking component. Install was a breeze for our door, but what I didn’t realize is that this didn’t include the handle! Need to get to a locksmith so it matches my other locks. One star off as connection can be a little slow at times. I received this free for testing.

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got the Yale Smart Lock with Matter, and it’s been working really well. It looks nice on the door and was pretty simple to install. I like that it works with different smart home systems like Google and Apple, and connecting it through Matter was quick. The keypad is easy to use, and the lock feels strong and reliable. I also like that it can auto-lock and you can set codes for guests. One thing to know is that it doesn’t have Wi-Fi built in, so you might need an extra device to control it from far away. It also doesn’t have extras like a fingerprint scanner or camera. But overall, it’s a great smart lock: simple, safe, and easy to use.

Make sure you have Google Nest or a Thread Router

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to preface that I am a very tech savvy person, but getting this lock up and running was difficult. While it’s very cool, it also relies heavily on Google Home products — it will not work with Alexa or any other matter unless you have a thread router OR a Google Hub as it’s automatically a thread router. I can’t speak on battery life yet, but I’m hoping it lasts awhile. And while it’s warm here right now, it will be interesting to see how it performs in the cold winter months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Setup of the Yale Smart Lock with Matter was surprisingly easy, and it connected to my smart home ecosystem flawlessly. The Matter compatibility is what really sold me, because it works really well with Apple, Google, and Alexa devices. I paired it with Google Home. It’s smooth, fast, and reliable. The auto-lock feature is very convenient when my hands are full, and the app lets me lock/unlock or give access to my friends with just a tap. I also love that I can check if the door’s locked from anywhere. The white finish looks super sleek and modern, and it blends in perfectly with my door without looking bulky. It’s honestly one of those upgrades that has made my life so much easier.

You was EASY and Secure - you got it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well that was a breeze! Switched from another well known brand and I have to say, this was a far superior experience. Battery life is much longer and doesn’t have that “slow going” half life. Gives you the peace of mind and security of never having to wonder if you did in fact lock the door :)
Connectivity was as easy as is possible. Intuitive software that you don’t need to read a 500 page document to understand. Was a great choice for us … now to pick out the rest of the door hardware *rubs hands in delight*

Great Keyless Option
