Still learning, but great new range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my new range for a couple of weeks now and am really enjoying it! I got it just before hosting for Christmas. It has handled all of the holiday baking and cooking that I have thrown at it. The induction surface is the star for me; quick to heat, cooks even and well, at predictable temperatures. My previous stove top was a nightmare to use that actively discouraged my desire to cook, so this is a huge improvement. The oven is also great, with seemingly even heat that has baked a number of items exactly as I would expect.
I'm still figuring out the pizza oven portion. I've used it several times now, with varying degrees of success. The first pizza always seems to come out with burned cheese, while second or third pizzas tend to come out with a correct bake. I wish there was a bit more option to adjust the baking time for the pizza, like choosing 15 - 30 seconds less for the bake. I've also accidentally gotten off cadence with the pizza, because the touch screen didn't register my tap to do the in-between pizza cycle, and I put a pizza in while it was trying to get everything back up to heat. Trying to deal with this ended up with fire alarms going off in my house from smoke, and a cancellation of pizza night, because I ended up having to cancel the pizza cycle, and spinning it back up would take almost 30 minutes. Again, some more fine control of this whole process on the touch screen would go a long way to making the process a bit better. That said, when I'm not messing it up, and when it isn't that first burned pizza, the pizza portion of the oven is great. Hopefully I'll learn more about what I'm doing, and maybe this is all user error. It would just be nice to have software that accounts for the user making mistakes or needing to adjust some things without having to reset the whole process.
Overall, I'm really happy with the purchase.

Sous Vide feature and the induction cooktop are great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although initially intimidated with all the bells and whistles, the cooktop is great, especially being able to use induction rather than radiant. It's much safer and quicker start and cool. I already had most pans from a portable induction hotplate, so I only needed a stock pot and a griddle. Otherwise my stash of induction pans was fine. I use the sous vide to make custard for icecream and to make my yogurt. My biggest concern is that in this day and age repairs are costly or not cost effective at all. There should be a "right to repair". We need to reduce the junk that goes into our landfills.
