Precise temperature control; easy to clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only had our new induction range for 2 weeks, but so for so good. We are impressed with the temperature control on the cooktop burners, especially the superlow simmer settings (level 1 or 2). Very easy to clean the stove surface, especially compared to the gas range we replaced. It does make noise as it heats and cooks; I guess we'll get used to that over time. And when we used the convection roast oven setting, condensation formed between the layers of glass in the oven door, partially obscuring our view into the oven. But we just opened the door to check on our food and the condensation quickly dissipated when cooking was done.
