Great Oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oven is everything I could ask for and more! The only issue is still after a month, and 4 baking by sessions, it still smells like burnt plastic and chemical oils!! I would understand the the 1st initial burn off…. But not now after a month

While a slight smell during initial use is normal, it should not persist after a month. We recommend checking that all packaging materials were fully removed and running a high-heat empty cycle (per your manual) to help burn off any remaining residues. If the odor continues, we suggest scheduling a service inspection so we can make sure everything is operating safely and as intended.

Induction range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new induction range is very attractive. This is our first induction cooktop, and it’s taking us some time to really figure it out. Overall we’re happy with it, but the one negative thing we have to say is the feature that turns off the burners when the controls get splashed with liquid. Very annoying.
