Very happy with the performance on hardwood and caepet. The ability to spot clean is a great feature as well. Thankful that there is still a high quality option for a robot that doesn't include the mopping function.

Roborock Cleans in an orderly pattern unlike the other brand we had. And I love that it empty’s the dirt into a sealed bag. This one is also quieter than the other one. It’s really better in every way. We got this one on sale at a very reasonable price. Honestly, it does such a good job, but I’m not sure why I would ever buy their top-of-the-line model. so if you want a really good robot vacuum cleaner, but you can’t decide if you need their more expensive one or this one. Get this one.

This is a huge improvement over the last robot vacuum we had. The suction power clears up most small debris. I love the programmable capabilities, which makes it very easy to skip a room if you haven’t had a chance to say… pick up all the kids toys.

I received my robot on 12/23/24 and have been nothing but pleased since receiving it. It was easy to set up, mapped my home quickly, and has done a wonderful job ever since. I love that the app allows you to pick the spaces you want to clean and can even spot clean, set no go areas/invisible walls. It recognizes carpeted areas so it increases its suction when covering carpet. You can schedule cleans and auto empty. It has seriously brought me so much peace of mind being able to have clean floors daily. I am so happy with my decision to purchase this robot!
