[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are in the process of returning the microwave that won't shut off unless it's unplugged. Here's hoping the replacement behaves correctly. If not, we're moving on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have tried to find in the instructions why when you cook or heat anything for two min's or more it will continue to run even when it indicates it is finished. So I wait until it completely stops before I unlock and open the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought it because our other Whurlpool microwave bit the dust after 20 years. Thus one is not as fast at heating the food, but it works. Its gonna take a bit of time to get used to using the features. Its a lot!
