Poor instuctions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have not had the microwave long enough to use all its features. I gave it a 3 rating due to the lack of instruction detail to comfortably and safely use all the microwave functions. Example: when you select PO1 to reheat a plate of food, the instruction show you have a choice of L (large) or S (small). However there is nothing to instruct you how to switch from L to S. You must stand there and shut off the unit when you sense that the meal is reheated. This is typical of many of the other instructions. I have looked online for more details, but have only found the same instructions.

Need more clarity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Air fryer feature does not work right but everything else does no clear directions on how to use every mode clearly like grill mode im lost which insert do i use?? How long does it need to preheat and how preheating works it just says preheat but how do u kno when it is preheated??

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This multifunctional microwave replaces the old microwave. I haven't fully tested this microwaves capabilities yet but so far, so good as for its upholding standards. I like the safety lock feature and the automatic cool down fan feature that cuts on after the timer counts down to zero which gives the food that you cook enough time to settle from being to hot or overheated. My microwave is at home where my heart is and I love it.

Great product that needs better user instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I am very happy with the product, especially with the stainless steel interior. It's a great product but a bit difficult to learn to use. I think a video demonstration would help to better understand how the product works. At first I thought there was something wrong with the microwave because it didn't turn off at the end of the cooking time. Later I discovered it was due to the "cooling fan", of which I was unaware.

It warms up as it’s needed to do not leave cold spots it heats up cooks things uniformly.All the extra features that are added in this appliance help to reduce additional room on the counter top.

Great Appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Black All In One Multifunctional Microwave month ago. So far I love it. Having the air fry, bake, roast, grill all in one is perfect. I like not having multiple appliances on the counter. Still have not figure out all the functions. Used the air fry for tater tots...came out great. They were done in about the same time the burgers were done. Baked sweet potatoes and the were cooked just perfect. Cooking holiday meals this all in one microwave is going to be very useful . I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Excellent product

I still don't understand why the fan continues to run for a short time even when the door is open. Not every time, but sometimes. I have called about it, but didn't get a convincing answer. There's nothing in the manual that explains it.

All ways to cook food.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The instructions are vague on grilling mode, also the cooling off mode isn't necessary. I try finding some video's on my model for further instruction. Trying to figure all the different modes, like how to cook and the weight of the meats.
