Poor instuctions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have not had the microwave long enough to use all its features. I gave it a 3 rating due to the lack of instruction detail to comfortably and safely use all the microwave functions. Example: when you select PO1 to reheat a plate of food, the instruction show you have a choice of L (large) or S (small). However there is nothing to instruct you how to switch from L to S. You must stand there and shut off the unit when you sense that the meal is reheated. This is typical of many of the other instructions. I have looked online for more details, but have only found the same instructions.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great product that needs better user instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I am very happy with the product, especially with the stainless steel interior. It's a great product but a bit difficult to learn to use. I think a video demonstration would help to better understand how the product works. At first I thought there was something wrong with the microwave because it didn't turn off at the end of the cooking time. Later I discovered it was due to the "cooling fan", of which I was unaware.

It warms up as it’s needed to do not leave cold spots it heats up cooks things uniformly.All the extra features that are added in this appliance help to reduce additional room on the counter top.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Loving It So Far!

We haven't used the air fryer feature yet (I'm working up my courage)! The settings are a little intimidating at first, but I think that's because it has so many options. So far, we are loving this appliance and look forward to utilizing all of the features to the fullest.

Useless Manual makes this a dangerous appliance.

The manual is absolutely pathetic. The few pictures it has aren't even clear. There are few, unclear instructions for how to use the machine.
To be clear, I literally have a degree in mechanical engineering. This is infuriating.

very confusing

i bought the unit 7-1-25 it has a air fryer tray that says not for microwave use, and another metal tray with nothing written on it. This microwave has a lock feature on it that is very annoying. This unit is taking me a lot of time to get use to.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
