[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We returned it after 3 weeks. It kept running when the stop time was over and even when you opened the door. We kept unplugging it, just hoping it would reset. The DOOR warning kept displaying, as well. Unfortunate, since I had high hopes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using my new microwave a few weeks now and am very pleased with it. I still don't understand why the fan continues to run for a short time even when the door is open. Not every time, but sometimes. I have called about it, but didn't get a convincing answer. There's nothing in the manual that explains it.
