Non-preset cooking is far from easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good: the oven is powerful and does a good job of heating food without hot-spots.
Bad: 1) Instructions don’t make it clear *at all* how to control time and power settings when not using pre-sets. The steps are NOT intuitive. Thirty seconds is too long to reheat coffee that’s already warm, but figuring out how to heat it for twenty is an ordeal. The minimal documentation is outrageous, given how much the oven cost.
2) Pre-sets are in tiny print inside oven door, and unreadable.
