Great Product

I bought 3 of these cameras to watch my property. Much of the property does not have electricity available. These cameras solved the electricity issue and I have the cameras in the best spots for watching my home.
The batteries do last a long time but I decided to buy the solar panels to keep them charged so I didn't have to remove the cameras to charge them. The panels have kept the cameras charged so far.
The cameras were easy to connect to my home WiFi and as a bonus they connected in areas where other cameras wouldn't.
Finally, the best part is that they can be watched on my Roku TVs with the Roku app so I don't have to just watch them on my cell phone.
Overall, it was a great buy and glad I made the purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with this Roku Outdoor Camera SE. This camera works so well outside my home. It shows crystal clear picture day and night. I really like that I get quick alerts via mobile app. The two-way audio is a plus as well. I like how easy the instructions are to use and set up it went so smoothly. I feel so much safer using this outdoor camera. I highly recommend this.

Installing it was super easy, connecting it to my wifi was pretty simple, the picture and video quality is amazing and using the app to keep an eye on everything is very easy and convenient! I would highly recommend this camera

Bought four, one no longer works

At the beginning of the year, we bought four of these. after setting up the odd one, we noticed it'd only take stills, even right next to the router and hub.. Ok, cool, still does its job.
Now, over 30 days later, it went offline. It caught something I needed to show to my sherrifs department. Would not load the still.
Restarted my phone. Restarted the app. Deleted the device to try to get it working again.
Bad. Idea. It will no longer connect to the hub. It is sitting in between them, and has failed to pair four times.
I won't be replacing it. I'm hoping the other 3 last the year it takes to run out the subscription. Doubtful at this point.

Battery is unbeatable

The battery is insanely good, 1 charge lasted 3 weeks. I have it in my barn and the router hook up is in my house fairly far away from the actual camera and I have metal roofs and the quality is pretty amazing I do get some lag but not enough to not like this thing! Great friging buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really impressed with the quality of my Roku Outdoor Camera SE. This little camera is easy to set up and easy to use. Out of the box it comes with everything needed for set up. The outdoor camera easily connects to the charging base, via usb cable and the charging base connects to wifi via ethernet cable. The Roku Home app was easy to download, and the camera was easy to pair with the app. Mounting the camera was easy, it includes the two screws necessary to attach the camera base to where I wanted it mounted. The camera easily attaches magnetically to the base. This camera charges quickly and holds it's charge for a long time. Thanks to the app, I'm able to see what's going on outside of my home, even when I'm not there. The picture quality is crisp and clear, as is the sound on the two way audio. I love that it has night vision, so I can see what is going on even at night. It has motion detection and person detection, so it would be really hard to get passed this camera undetected. The camera is weatherproof, so I don't have to worry about bringing it inside during bad weather. When it's time to charge the camera again, it's easy to disconnect it from the magnetic base to charge and then hook back up. I highly recommend this awesome outdoor camera.

It works really well anytime of the day and night. I love the rechargeable battery that it came with, it lasts for a long time. It is also weatherproof as well, which makes it perfect for outdoor use. It has two-way audio, which makes it so much easier to communicate with outsiders as well. Over all this camera is perfect for our home. We love it.
