[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oven was delivered with the wrong hose kit and we had to make several trips to stores to find the right adapter. Also came with a bad igniter so oven did not work but LG support came out quickly and replaced.

My previous range was a Kitchenaid KSGG700EBS1 and from day one I had problems with it and they finally bought it back f. I used that check to purchase this LG and so far I really like it. I hope that all of the positive things that I've heard about LG are true especially after my previous experience wit the other manufacturer. I am really looking forward to using my new range. I just wished that they would have provided 3 oven racks instead of just 2. That would have been very useful for me.

Would definitely buy lg again in the future . We did buy the range gaurd for the bottom to help with keeping it clean . Beautiful oven , very pretty blue inside 💙

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this range a year ago. Unfortunately the racks are not sitting flushed. All my cakes come out half bigger than the other. But this thanksgiving when I did the Turkey it toppled over and split. The racks just don’t sit flush. PLEASE HELP ME.
