Simple and functional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this refrigerator. It’s very simple, no ice maker or water dispenser, no handles sticking out and it has a white glossy finish. It has a retro feel. It’s simple plain design is what I wanted for my retro kitchen. It blends into the background adding to my vintage kitchen look. Apart from that, I chose Frigidaire brand because I’ve had such good luck with it. I have two standing freezers in my garage (way up in the north country). One is twenty five years old and going strong the other is less than a year old. This refrigerator has plenty of space. It has two adjustable shelves and a deli drawer (which is nicer than my last refrigerator’s). This drawer is as wide as the refrigerator and as it goes all the way back the length of the shelf. It’s deep enough to stack two lunch meat containers. The door has three shelves/bins. They are not adjustable and all the same size. I could store a gallon size container of milk in any one of those shelf/bins. It surprised me how much I could get on one shelf. One thing I personally like is there are no handles on the outside. There’s grooves that run the width of the refrigerator so it’s sort of like a hidden handle. It adds to the simple clean look. A couple of points to consider: the freezer is on top which is handy. I have plenty of room because mine has no ice maker and have two freezers in my garage. It may be small if that is your only freezer. It’s good for a couple weeks worth of frozen food but if you are going to store long term stuff to have on hand in case company shows up then you aren’t going to have a lot of room. Also, the refrigerator part is on the bottom and goes right to the floor which means you are going to have to bend down to get stuff. If you have back, hip or knee issues, it is something to consider. The outside as I mentioned earlier is glossy white so if you have little ones it’s going to look like fingerprint city when the light hits it just right. It’s a smooth surface so it cleans up nice. Nice looking, great size

The interior is very spacious, actually it holds more than the 21.5 fridge we replaced. Good interior design and the door holds quite a bit of stuff. We love it is "handle" less, it makes for a modern look. Is been less than a month since delivery but so far so good, we are happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have limited space in my home. Most refrigerators are enormous. However, inside, it is quite limited. With the ice maker and the external water faucets, takes up valuable real estate. Lucky for me, Frigidaire has the exact model I need. Also, in the white color I wanted. It’s beautiful to look at plus has so much more usable space inside. Frigidaire is a name that has stood the test of time. Their products will continue to work for many years. And they won’t break the bank.

Old style fridges just don't have what they use to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My main gripe is the doors do not close on their own. Also, no light in the freezer. And we added an optional ice maker but the fridge does not have a water filter. The bottom produce drawers do not shut tightly. The two likes are the big deli drawer and the wide shelves on the door. I don't like side by sides so I have to take what they make in the top freezer models.
