Deli Drawer Keeps Falling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since day 1 the deli drawer won't stay in place. It crashes down to the next shelf. I keep putting it back in place and it will stay there for a while. Sometimes it is the left side sometimes it is the right side. I bought this refrigerator as a spare. I like the freezer size.

Why I bought a Frigidaire

Everything else was either black or stainless steel which I did not want..

I have been waiting for warranty service to fix it for the last two weeks after spending 45 minutes on the phone waiting for Frigidaire to talk to me to start the process. I wish I knew how slow their service process for warranty work was before I bought the product. Never again!

Bare minimum apartment type refrigerator, no light in freezer, nothing extra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bare minimum apartment type refrigerator, no light in freezer (seems like a car without air conditioning), nothing extra. There is only one wire shelf in the freezer, when it could use 2 or 3. I looked on the website to see if we can buy an extra one or two, and they aren't even listed. For a home owner, it should probably just be considered a garage refrigerator that you don't access much.
In the refrigerator, the pull out deli drawer is super thin and bends with a full load. On the door shelves, you cannot put a juice or milk jug in the middle of the top shelf, because it hits something in the refrigerator.
For the good - it works. It isn't loud, and the refrigerator is well lit (in contrast to the pitch black freezer).

All but the doors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very well engineered product it is very quiet and it has a very spacious door the shelves are easy to adjust the only thing is that there is a detent that you have to push the door past then it springs closed but if you don't push it hard enough it stays open all my other refrigerators you just let go of the door and basically it closes on some type of gravity hinge.

No light in the freezer - Temperature doesn’t regulate

There is no light in the freezer. The temperature in the freezer does not regulate well. I have it down to the lowest control. Still cold enough for the food.
