Energy Star refrigerator saves power.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerator for my off grid cabin to replace old refrigerator. We run on solar power, old fridge uses 7 amps, new fridge uses 2 amps. Solar created power lasts longer in the batteries now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm pleased with the amount of interior space is available for this size of a refrigerator. The freezer has ample space also.
The problem that I have is that there is no interior light in the freezer compartment. With the advent of LED's, I would imagine the adding of a light would not increase the the cost. It would then add added value to the unit. Not to mention, it will be easier to see into the freezer.

Replaced old Frigidaire refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 25+ year old Frigidaire refrigerator was starting to fail. It had been reliable and had features that I wanted to have in a new refrigerator. I wanted adjustable glass shelves and sturdy large door racks. I also wanted the new appliance to be about the same size as the old one. There are of course some differences in the new one, but one positive change is that I can now easily access the low crisper drawer closest to the refrigerator door easily. I wasn’t able to get the bisque color, which would have been ideal. The new refrigerator has only been here for two weeks at this point so it remains to be seen if it will have the long-term reliability of the old one. It is an Energy Star rated appliance, so I am hoping to see that reflected in my electric bill.

It's a great refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although we didn't purchase the refrigerator, it was a part of PG&E's program for reduction of electricity use by using eco rated appliances, it's a great refrigerator! It replaced a fridge that was the same size outside but had less cu ft inside. For a small fridge, it is very roomy inside & I'd recommend this fridge to anyone needing a smaller fridge.
