AWFUL!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!...JUST HAD THIS FRIDGE DELIEVERED 04-20-2022 FROM PC RICHARD..ANYWAY...HAS LEFT IS WITH A HIGH -PITCH RINGING NOISE THAT WONT GO AWAY AT ALL!!...JUST AWFUL EVEN MY CAT WON'T CME OUT........LEFT ME PRATICALLY SLEEPLESS THE 1ST NIGHT...HAVING THIS FRIDGE SWAPPED OUT FOR THE EXACT SAME MAKE AND MODEL FRIDAY...HOPING TO HAVE THIS RESOLVED AND CHALKING IT OFF TO A LEMON...PRAYING! WILL UPDATE! NEVER EVER HAVE I HEARD SUCH AN AWFUL PIERCING NOISE FROM A FRIDGE! DRIVING ME CRAZY! H AVE TO SHUT THE FRIDGE OFF AND ON TO SAVE MY FOOD SO I DON'T HEAR THAT AWFUL PIERCING NOISE TILL THE NEW ONE IS DELIEVRED IN 2 DAYS!

Working just as hoped for and needed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the first 2-3 days I had to fiddle with the temperature control settings, because it seemed that the freezer never got to zero unless I was at the coldest setting, and the refrigerator had to be at the coldest setting to get below 39 degrees or so. But after the first few days everything is fine - sometimes at the middle setting the freezer actually goes a little below zero degrees. The refrigerator can be set to the middle (recommended) position to maintain a good temperature, and perhaps even a little less cold than the middle position. The plastic for the shelves seems flimsier than I'd prefer. Did not get an icemaker, but may add one in the future. Two different appliance repair companies recommended Frigidaire/Electrolux over two very popular and well-known brands, so I followed their recommendations and bought a Frigidaire!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit seems quite loud and I feel as though the plastic components are quite flimsy. A piece of one of the shelves broke the first day while adjusting the shelves. The plastic guard for the door compartment is also thin plastic that I'm afraid might eventually become damaged. Otherwise I am pleased with the unit maintains its temperature.
