Refrigerator won't get cold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delivered on Thursday morning and plugged in since. Friday was the 4th of July. Today is the 5th. Refrigerator will not get cold - was at 66 but finally turned it to the coldest setting on Friday. Temp dropped to 59 and no lower. Freezer is also set to coldest now and is at 17 unless I open the door for a few seconds - then its in the 20's. Temp should be zero. This is not what I paid for. Store is sending a technician on Monday. I bought a new fridge, not one with issues. Woke up with food poisoning this morning. Food is spoiled.

New fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice refrigerator that is going to take some adjustment on our part. It is a bit smaller than our old fridge but it will be fine. Took about a week to get the temps where we wanted them but everything works good. Not so good points are no light in the freezer and ice maker runs a bit slow. All and all good value. Time will tell on how durable and efficient it will be.
