Streamline, clean and precise heat control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have all KitchenAid appliances and couldn’t be happier. Our previous cooktop was gas, which we’ve always had and never considered changing to induction. After getting this one, I only wish we had done it sooner! Once we got the correct cookware, we couldn’t believe how well it performed; water boils in the less than 30 seconds and heat control is much more responsive and cleaner too. Clean up is much easier as well. We highly recommend this induction cooktop if you are considering changing from a gas cooktop, you won’t regret it.

Good design but a few quirks

Nice visually and good layout of burners.
Very easy to keep clean.
Like bridge feature.
Heats quickly.

Now the quirks.
Controls over sensitive when stove is off - beeps too often.
Has a wifi feature which we can't connect to and don't understand.
Difficulty adapting to adjusting temperature level

Beautiful to Look at

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a beautiful unit, no doubt. Unfortunately it was probably designed for the younger generation who like to control their appliances with their phones. I do not. I find it very frustrating to use. A friend of mine who is a chef, was over for a small dinner party and heard me grousing at the cooktop. He came into the kitchen to see if he could help. After a few tries to make the pasta pot reduce from 'Boil' to 'Simmer' without turning off the unit, which instantly loses your boil, he just shook his head. Cooking isn't fun for me on this cooktop. I'm sad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Induction Stovetop seems to be picky as to selecting some of the burners. Sometimes the burner I select works and sometimes it doesn't.

Stovetop not working.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The large burner on my stove top is not working and stopped working about two weeks after I got it they're ordering parts for it but this shouldn't happen to a new appliance very disappointed
