My mouse does not work most of the time. 😕
It is difficult to review this computer when I have been unsuccessful in setting it completely up, so I rarely get to use it - what a disappointment and such a waste of my hard-earned money 😡.
I purchased the 24/7 care pack so I would have tech support to help me set the computer up properly, but I find it odd I have no phone number to contact them. 😕
So, all things considered, even though I paid for tech support I really am unable to review a product that I can't figure out set up or how to use. 😁

The only thing I disliked about the laptop out of the box was the default powering on when opening the lid. But this feature can be turned off in the BIOS.

I love my new laptop. Its a great size. I absolutely love the touch screen. Its fast. I use it for my zoom meetings, email, messenger, paying bills and research. The price was very reasonable. Definitely worth the money.
