I had misgivings about going a size smaller with a new laptop but I am so happy that I did. I have a little more desk space so that’s a plus. The laptop picture is so clear, bright and colors are so vibrant that they almost jump out at you. I don’t know why I waited so long. Thank you HP for your excellent products and service. Good computer, runs smoothly, touch screen works well. Hopefully it can last me a while, my last laptop was only 2 years old and ran out of space completely when I updated to Windows 11. Bummer when the system takes the entire bit storage you have on there.

I have only used it for a month but frankly I haven't noticed many improvements over the HP laptop I bought 7 years ago.
The battery performance (which is supposedly AI managed) is mediocre at best. A single charge doesn't last more than 6 or 7 hours use, and I only use it for navigating internet: no games, no video.
The face recognition software? My dog recognizes my face better than HP Omnibook.
My take? Move on, it is pure hype
