This set was a lot of fun to build! A lot of little surprises along the way kept my son and I engaged through the entire build. It's a fun, new experience with plenty of nostalgia thrown in, too! The build is solid, strong and fun to play with. Everything works just like it should! Love it and can't wait for more Transformer builds!

Great transformation between robot and speaker, the hands dangling in the back in speaker mode leave a lot to be desired, maybe more hidden or more secured, speaker block is amazingly fun and properly implemented, razerbeak and ravage are great builds and properly implemented as cassette tapes. great size and overall fuin to build and play with.

Excellent build, only thing that can be improved on is the leg stability, specifically the feet aren’t the most stable build although it’s not as fragile as Optimus when transforming, I would highly recommend purchase Soundwave if you’re a fan of the Transformers franchise

Of all the Transformers LEGO sets so far, this is the best. Far more sturdy and less finicky than either Bumblebee or Prime. Sorry, Autobots, the Decepticons are winning this particular battle.
