from the cassettes to the the iconic sound brick this set gives it all to lego and decepicons lovers alike. they could not have started the evil character line with a better choice if you ask me. soundwaves has been my personal favorite since i was a child.

Each transformer that Lego puts out pushes the building experience to the next level. Soundwave and his companions do not disappoint. The mechanism that opens and closes the cassette area is spectacular. Transforming these models after the build still requires a bit of patience, especially since they are built out of Lego block. I love this line of products and I am looking forward to building the next one in the series.

Everything is cool with Legos itself like usual however trying to make the instruction booklet cool with the grey background is a over kill, so hard to see it especially with dark color Legos..

Had a secondhand sound wave as a kid in the 80’s. None of the cassette tapes. Making up for it now.
Sound brick is a nice addition. Problem is how to display it? In “boombox” form? Robot form? Might have to get 2!

The set captures perfectly what G1 Soundwave is supposed to be and his casseticons, which I would've never thought that they would make their Brick-Built appearance. The building experience is amazing and the end result even better. LEGO knocked it out of the park with the sound brick. Soundwave is indeed Superior!
