I recently received the above and was surprised by what I had expected in an upgrade wasn’t an upgrade in some ways. The wheels are only on one side, and the ignition system is clunky, as you have to wait until you hear the gas before you can light the burners. I appreciate the extra burner, but little is said about how to use the sear. There is no way to tell how much gas is in the bottle because you eliminated the fish scale. My older spirit E310 was less expensive but had a better ignition, and I was able to move it around my deck. I was always able to tell how much gas I had, except now I had to incur an extra expense of a fuel gauge. The grill works fine, and I am pleased with the operation, although I am disappointed that the lack of extras I had in my old grill are not included in the newer, more expensive grill.

Disappointed. Had a Weber for 8 years and decided to replace with a new one. After using several times, now regret not just spending the money to replace the parts on old one. Not nearly as good as one it replaced. Not built as well and temperature gauge not accurate. Have contacted Weber website but can’t get any help.

Lid is rubbing when closing. It has wear with pnly 3 uses. Called support and the sent 2 new pins? Not the issue. Re sent email no response
