Great grill. Love to use it. Very convenient. Tools are important, Weber not the best tools. The only complaint is the glue used to affix 8 x 10 plastic "info" sheet to side table was so difficult and time consuming to take off. You are using the wrong glue.
My only issue was that the hose to connect gas line was defective and I got a free replacement but it was defective also. I got the tech from local gas utility to connect the gas hose with one that he had in his truck and now it works great.
I bought a 2 burner spirit grill in 2013.at 12 years old it was seeing its age. It had stainless steel folding shelves on either side of the cook area that I loved. Also impressive was the solid cast iron grills. In spite of keeping it covered and mostly protected from rain the bottom was rusting away. I think the metal ledge under the doors help trap water and contributed to the rust. Ok now to the 425. No stainless steel shelves and the ones there are fixed. Dissapointed with the porcelain coated grills. They are not as substantial as my former cast iron and I am finding that everything tends to stick to them. I saved the grills from my discarded 2 burner spirit and am considering using them in lieu of the porcelain coated ones. Please go back to cast iron it just works better in my opinion. Everything about the 425 is made with less quality than the my 13 yr old 2 burner spirit . The spirits gas tank hung on a spring loaded hanger that would give one a visual on the gas level in the tank. What a cool feature! But why discontinue it. I guess this is like shrink flation.

I made the mistake of buying a non Weber product a few years ago and couldn't wait to come back. My new Weber grill is awesome and the quality is great. I'm never buying anything but Weber again.
