I think this this product is made like crap. The product rested within a month and a half when we called your customer service. They are absolutely awful. They sent us out a product to try and correct and take the rest away. It didn’t work so we proceeded to call them back we were hung up on several times spoke to somebody. He was extremely nasty and rude and told us they would not replace the grill and refused to put us on with the supervisor when I’m really upset about is that we paid all this money for this girl and why would we have done this? If the product wasn’t gonna hold up to its name then we would’ve bought something from a different vendor at a much cheaper price extremely upset and Weber doesn’t care. I am actually shocked with their customer service.

I bought this one month ago. The cover arrived unusable. The assembly was horrible. Parts misaligned, rivets missing and paint chipped. There was no quality control at all. I expected so much more from Weber. I was shipped another complete cover. I’m satisfied but still disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Impressive grill. Easy to start, even heat across the entire grilling area. Burners work very well. It can be difficult to gauge the heat since there is very little flame up, but that goes with getting a new and modern grill. The only negative...you must use one of the side trays to move the grill around...a firmer, more solid handle would be best.

I purchased a discontinued Spirit with 4 burners at a great price. It was exactly the grill I wanted and I am very happy with it. I also purchased a rotisserie and the griddle was a freebie from the store where I bought the grill. The whole setup makes the perfect outdoor kitchen. Relatively easy to clean too. I could not be more satisfied with this purchase.

This is my latest Weber grill. I've used Weber exclusively for over 30 years. Wanted a smaller grill than my last Genesis but with a sear zone nda this one fills that need. Construction seems god. My only issue is that I had some flare ups cooking a NY Strip with a small amount of fat. This was with the new grill with very little grease build up.
