Easy to assemble. Easy to use. I previously used charcoal. This is much faster and easier. Use a pellet smoker tube to get some smokey flavor - after the initial burn off/grill seasoning, and then smoking the food prior to preheating grill.
Really enjoy it! Cooks evenly, gets up easily to 500F and more. Also cleans easily. Quite versatile with that frame system and the flat top which I use frequently for grilled vegetables. I also like the one-hand ignition system.
Well made, well designed BBQ. It cooks very evenly with minimum flare ups. This is my second Weber. The first one I bought in 2008. I left it with the house I just sold. It’s still going strong with the original burner in perfect shape!
I absolutely love this grill! The fact that I can switch one of the grates to a griddle makes it so versatile. I haven’t cooked in my kitchen since I bought the grill 3 weeks ago.
