Outstanding quality, extremely superior to competitors, will last ten times longer than other brands, not disposable like other grills, it may cost a little more but it’s worth it
After buying an 'inexpensive' BBQ the last couple of times, I finally relented and bought a Weber. I am glad that I did. This is a much more solid (heavy) BBQ, and you can actually feel the quality as you assemble it (a very straightforward process). I have no doubt it will last and it is a joy to cook on!
Like the grill. Had a Genesis before and was told with the recent improvements the Spirit grill was now really great. Since there are only two of us the Genesis was a lot of grill for us. Miss the stainless steel feature but do like the grill. Does everything we need it to do. Easy to start which is a big one for me.
Instructions are not clear at all. One of the burners only turns on intermittently and support tried to tell me that my gas hookup was not correct….I was sent a new manifold under warranty, but that would require me to disassemble the unit to replace it. Not happy considering it didn’t work perfectly right out of the box.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate your feedback and we apologize for the frustration. Natural gas connections can be tricky, due to the variance between home valves, and ignition issues are often associated with gas flow.
